Questflow, a platform orchestrating AI agents for the multi-agent economy, has secured $6.5 million in seed funding. The round was led by CyberFund and joined by Delphi Labs, Systemic Ventures, Eden Block, White Star Capital, Web3.com, Animoca Brands, HashKey Capital, Wagmi Ventures, ElizaOS, the Tezos Foundation, and CatcherVC. Additional support came through grants from Aptos, Coinbase Developer Platform, and Virtuals Protocol.

The investment will help Questflow scale its vision of creating an always-on, on-chain AI workforce to automate workflows for individuals and enterprises, while maintaining human oversight for critical decisions.

Multi-Agent Orchestration Protocol for Seamless AI Collaboration

At the core of Questflow’s technology is the Multi-Agent Orchestration Protocol (MAOP), which enables AI agents to communicate, coordinate, and transact on-chain in real time. MAOP bridges the gap between siloed AI systems, allowing them to work together while ensuring human review for essential actions.

“Our goal is to build an AI agent economy that serves any workflow,” said Bob Xu, co-founder and CEO of Questflow. “From individual creators to enterprise teams, everyone should have access to a reliable, transparent, and adaptive AI workforce that operates 24/7.”

Connecting AI with Task and Token Orchestration

AI agents today are often isolated and disconnected from blockchain networks. Questflow addresses this with two orchestration models.

Task orchestration enables AI swarms to execute multi-step workflows across Web2 tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Airtable, as well as Web3 dApps and protocols.

Token orchestration gives each AI agent an on-chain wallet, enabling real-time micropayments and agent-to-agent transactions. This transforms AI agents into active participants in the digital economy, capable of earning and exchanging value autonomously.

Early Traction and Growing Ecosystem

Questflow has already built momentum with recognition from a16z, Cohere, and MongoDB. It was selected for the Google for Startups program and named Product of the Day on Product Hunt.

The company is expanding its network of partners, including Google, Coinbase Developer Platform, Circle, Aptos, Near, CoinGecko, and Jambo Phone, bridging Web2 and Web3 environments to accelerate adoption.

The AI Workforce Flywheel

Questflow is driving the growth of a scalable AI agent economy through a four-step flywheel:

  1. Create – Developers and creators can build and monetize AI swarms with a no-code editor and SDK, each linked to an on-chain wallet.
  2. Use – End users can deploy these swarms to automate workflows while retaining oversight for sensitive actions.
  3. Pay – Real-time micropayments ensure instant and transparent compensation for AI agents.
  4. Tokenize – Communities can launch and govern AI swarms through tokenization, enabling shared ownership and participation.

“Giving every AI agent a wallet is just the beginning,” Xu added. “The real potential is in enabling agents to collaborate, transact, and earn autonomously, creating a self-sustaining AI workforce economy.”

Scaling the Next Phase of AI Collaboration

With the new funding, Questflow will expand its orchestration capabilities, introduce ecosystem incentives, and open the MAOP protocol to developers and partners for real-world applications.

As AI and blockchain technologies converge, Questflow is positioned to connect previously isolated AI systems and enable anyone to deploy an on-chain AI workforce that combines the reliability of software with the adaptability of human teams.

By enabling permissionless creation, coordination, and monetization of AI agents, Questflow is laying the foundation for a decentralized AI Agent Economy where intelligent agents can transact, collaborate, and create value autonomously.
